Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. It is possible to pay for your purchases in 3 or 4 times, for this you just have to choose "payment in 3/4 times" at the time of payment.
What are the delivery times?
All products offered on our site are in stock in our warehouses. All our products are shipped from France. Delivery is made in metropolitan France, Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg. The average time observed between the order and the receipt of the package by the customer is 2 working days, except in case of bad weather or force majeure. All orders placed from Monday to Friday before 14:00 will be shipped the same day. Weekend orders (placed between Friday 14:00 and Monday 14:00) will be shipped on Monday. A tracking number will be automatically sent to you at the time of shipment of your order.
How do I know if a product is available?

Do I have to wear a helmet to ride?
Since October 25, 2019, the French government has published the regulations for the use of electric scooters and other EDPM, he law explains that in urban areas, the wearing of helmets is not mandatory. On the other hand, outside built-up areas, where it is allowed to drive in EDPM; the helmet becomes mandatory. (Article R412-43-1 of the Highway Code)
How do I charge the battery of my scooter?

How to maximize battery life?
The batteries of electric scooters are equipped with a lithium battery that allows a theoretical use of 4 years and 500 full charging cycles (a partial recharge does not equate to a charging cycle). To maximize the life expectancy of your battery, our recommendations are as follows: ? – Avoid deep discharges. It is advisable to recharge the battery after more than 5 km traveled. – Avoid hot refills. The scooter must be allowed to rest at least 15 minutes or even 1 hour after use before recharging it. – Avoid overloads. Do not leave the charger plugged in for more than 24 hours. – The ideal charge level for battery storage is 50%. So store your loaded scooter at this level if you do not plan to use it for an extended period of time. Charge the battery at least 15 minutes/month if you are not using it.
Can I ride in the rain with my scooter or e-scooter?
You should not ride with the scooter or e-scooter in the rain or on soggy ground. The warranty would no longer apply.
How do I properly maintain my tires?
Full wheels do not need to be inflated. When they begin to be worn out or every 1000 km or 2000 km, it is better to change the gum. Tires with inner tube need to be inflated according to the pressure indicated at the time of your purchase.
